Our shop offers physical merchandise including (but not limited to) plushies, stickers, stationery, and collectibles featuring our original characters.
- All product images are representative. Slight variations in color, size, or material may occur between the images shown and the actual product.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
- Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- Payment is required at the time of purchase.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
- All prices include applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
- Processing times vary by product. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! Here's our return policy:
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Wrong item received: Contact us within 14 days and we'll send the correct item at no extra cost.
- Change of mind: Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for unopened items.
