Who We Are
Yuki's Friends is a cozy character universe and online shop operated at yukisfriends.com. We create original illustrated characters — Yuki, Miin, Ratan, Coo Coo, and friends — along with merchandise like plushies, stickers, and stationery.

What We Collect
We only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us:
- Partnership inquiry form: Your name, company name, email address, area of interest, and message — so we can respond to your inquiry.
- Shop purchases: When you buy something from our shop, payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe (our payment processor). We never see or store your credit card details.
How We Store Your Data
Information submitted through our partnership form is stored securely in a Supabase database. Supabase uses industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to and manage partnership conversations. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
Email Communications
When you submit a partnership inquiry, we use Resend to send an internal notification email so our team can review and respond. We do not add you to any mailing list or send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Payment Processing
All payments in our shop are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects your payment information (card number, billing address, etc.) directly. We do not have access to your full card details.
Stripe's handling of your data is governed by their own Privacy Policy.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site (page views, general traffic patterns). Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused — it does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies on our site are essential ones required for the website to function (such as authentication cookies for our admin panel).
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — Database and image storage
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Resend — Transactional email delivery
- Vercel — Website hosting and anonymous analytics
Each of these services has their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Correction — Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
- Deletion — Ask us to delete your personal data

Children's Privacy
